Royal FloraHolland and Conclusion agreed a comprehensive cooperation. Hereby, “partner for life” is the starting point. It involves managing the core IT infrastructure and the entire application landscape, including trading platforms. The partnership contributes to Royal FloraHolland’s ambition to implement accelerated changes in its business model. Changes necessary for the further digitization of the company. 36 Royal FloraHolland IT professionals will be employed by Conclusion on 1 October 2017.
‘Flowering the World, Planting Seeds or Opportunity for our Members’ is the mission of the Royal FloraHolland Cooperative. With over 100,000 transactions a day and 400,000 types of flowers and plants, the company is the largest global marketplace for ornamental plant products. In addition to 24/7 mission-critical management, Conclusion will play an important role in the digitalization of Royal FloraHolland’s business processes. Thus, Conclusion will modernize a large part of the IT infrastructure and migrate the application landscape, including trading platforms to the Public Cloud. The optimized and rationalized application landscape is largely housed in the Public Cloud. Conclusion also designs the solution architecture.

This is partly why Conclusion takes over some of the relevant colleagues with knowledge and experience of Royal FloraHolland’s business applications. The missile-critical applications and chains of Royal FloraHolland are included in the 24/7 Operations Control Center of Conclusion.
